First off, honestly, the way you are supposed to apply the decal, only works in theory.. I ended up having to peel each letter off individually.. and some of the letters were rigid and looked like someone just cut them out using black electrical tape... the transfer paper they were on was cut EXTREMELY uneven, so "Taping it to the wall first, EVENLY was impossible.. and... worst of all.. there was a HAIR in between the sticky part and the transfer paper.. and no, it wasnt mine, it was right in the middle and stuck inside the "packaging" of this product... i tried so hard to stick this on the D*mn wall...i rubbed the back really hard.. and the whole piece of transfer paper stuck to the wall, and the letters didnt come off anyway! unless you want to spend an hour and a half TRYING peel off each letter without tearing them, be my guest... even thus- they dont stick on so well either... and after i spent the rest of my evening trying to make it even and what not, with the lights on, the letters have a huge NOTICEABLE glare.. This product is a homemade product.. and is worth MAYBE 5 bucks at a craft fair, but i wouldnt waste 10 bucks on it.. id rather spend the money buying and then consuming lead paint... sorry for the dramatization there.. im just a bit irritated with how this turned out...

And there was a flippen hair in it.. fricken GROSS!

HORRIBLE OVERALL EXPERIENCE! I was excited to order this and put it on my picture wall in my house. I waited every day for the mail to come and the seller took over a week to at least get it in the mail! Then the additional days of shipping. No big deal in itself- if the right item came! So when it finally arrived I couldnt wait to open it. When I did, I saw that it was made in the wrong font!!! The font in the picture looks classy and nice, but the font that was sent looked like chicken scratch! There is NO WAY I will put that on my wall in my house, I might as well give my 5 year old a crayon and tell her to decorate the wall. So I messaged the seller and again waited over a week for a reply, that NEVER CAME! So I chatted with an Amazon rep, who told me that $2 for the item was refunded. So now I am stuck with trash and out the money that I paid for shipping. Don't waste your time. ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE!

Although it was easy to apply and it came fairly quick, the "p" in the word "picture" looked like an h!! I guess I must have gotten a defective one. Overall it was ok.

Their customer service is non existent. If you order this, I hope you dont have any problems or issues because you'll never hear back from customer service.

This phrase says it all and it really conveys that to my guests when they come to visit. I have these words hung over a collage of pictures and I enjoy telling the story of each one because I think that they are significant to what kind of family we are and how much we enjoy and love one another. I sometime sit on my couch and look around the room to view all of the various sayings and it always makes me smile because they really represent who I am as a person and what kind of family we are.

I threw away the directions on how to apply the vinyl to the wall by accident, so I ended up putting on 'Because every' one word at a time and it came out uneven. However later I figured out how to do the rest all at once. (I feel like an idiot now, it's extremely simple) I didn't have a problem with the words not sticking, because if I saw that they were still attached to the paper, I would just apply more pressure to the letters and then peel again. The only complaints I have are that the letter 'u' was torn slightly before I even took it off the paper, and it took forever to finally get in the mail.

Regardless, I absolutely love the end result and ordered more of the vinyl art for the rest of my apartment.
