This review is from: Whynter Exhaust Hose for Portable Air Conditioner Models ARC-13S and ARC-13W (ARC-EH-13) (Kitchen) From what I can tell, this 5" type flex hose is pretty universal across portable air conditioner vent hoses. I bought this as a replacement, or Frankenstein extension, to my DeLonghi unit purchased from Lowe's, which only came with a 4' (3' maybe?) hose. This hose seemed to have the PVC fittings glued on so I cut them below the fitting, snipped the wire and threaded the DeLonghi fittings on (The fittings on the DeLonghi unit just 'unscrew' off the hose). Presto, a hose that reaches the window. Supposedly DeLonghi says the unit shouldn't be used with a longer hose but I also read that it has an auto-shutoff feature.
